Login into the system with your username & password and the system will guide you to a personal dashboard. Click on "Request Sample BPOs" and enter the Subject Property Information along with your contact information (email address & phone number – mention the best time / day to call as well). One of our lead appraiser’s will get in touch with you & take things forward. He / She will be able to answer any queries that you might have in the process.

Our rates are extremely competitive and varies depending on the kind of efforts that our team needs to put in. We honor all requests in under 48 hours and most of them are furnished within 24 hours. We do have a dedicated team specializing in rush / express orders, which would be furnished in under 12 hours. We charge a nominal $5 as service charges for rush orders.
Yes. We have a dedicated team churning out BPOs over the weekend. This specialized service attracts a nominal service charge of $5 per BPO. Priority delivery will be done for all weekend orders before start of business hours, Monday or before the scheduled closing date / time; whichever is earlier.
On all assigned BPOs, we will do our best to stick with our internal delivery schedules. In any case, our account manager will flag delays early into the processing phase and apprise you of the hiccup as soon as its predictable. We will work with you in real time to clean up the blocks, if that is due to logistic / technical delays. In most cases you should be able to contact the bank & get an extension.
Depending on the priority we will be able to deliver most of the orders well under the stipulated time. In case of a delay, we will notify you well in advance to help you plan better. At this time, we are able to deliver around a thousand BPOs per week.
Yes, absolutely. We will be more than happy to provide them for you. However, due to non-disclosure agreements that we have with our partners, we might not be able to share the entire list to you. We are working on behalf of scores of agents / brokers from across the nation.
Not at all. You will be hiring our personnel as a "BPO assistant", who otherwise would be working at your office premises. We do not submit BPOs, but help you get there as early as possible. In fact, we are enablers helping you to furnish more BPOs on a given day. Your job reduces to providing pictures of the subject property & finally reviewing the "ready to submit" BPO.
No. We believe that the agent / broker should be the best & the most qualified person to get the pictures straight. As you would be aware, in certain scenario’s, taking images of a property in distress might not be the best experience for the dwellers.
Some data entry tools and macros are available that would assist in entering information to the DE forms. Our appraisal & evaluation experts will pull out sold comparables and sale listings which are in-line with the lender specifications / rules. More than data entry, our services are more comprehensive, elaborate, thorough & needs minimal agent intervention.
